A furniture manufacturer specializing in products for hospitals and patient areas.medical environments faced a challenge to adapt their sales, ordering, manufacturing and delivery processes to the streamlined BAAN Enterprise System of their parent company. The cost saving and efficiency benefits of the new system were great, but the company's dealers and sales people were tied to the existing system.
The transition required significant changes to the way that sales people thought about the sales process and specifying products for manufacturing. Our team redesigned their PriceBook to make the new process clear and manageable.
