Background:
Printing Industries of America is a trade organization that serves over 10,000 companies in North America. They wanted to develop an application to help their employees plan training and education programs, conferences, workshops, and publications to support and educate their members. We developed user flow screens to capture, for example, how a PIA organizer would plan a conference. We then presented the screens to the team of developers and membership support representative from PIA to create a solution that was appropriate for the technology and tasks.
